Return policy
Returns are accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or modified by the customer. Damaged or modified packages will not be accepted for reimbursement.
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date the receipt was issued. If we do not have the product within 14 days in our facilities, we will not be able to make the refund.
How to return a product?
It's very simple - just follow the steps of the process:

Our customer service agent will accept the request and coordinate the steps to follow:
Pack the item in its original packaging or in a different one of similar quality, ensuring that the products are in their initial condition - unopened, without modification or damage.

When choosing the shipping method, please ensure that the products reach us within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
Who bears the cost of transport for the return?
Each client is responsible for costs related to the transport of the product. In case any return is subject to error in the type or quantity of product sent by us, Ocean Hemp will assume the cost of the return.
Refund Policy
How and within what period of time will I receive the money?
All customers have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to inform that they want to return the products (without having to specify why).
After this period, the client has an additional 14 days to make effective the shipment of the products to our facilities.
Our customer service agent will confirm receipt of the goods and validate the refund by bank transfer to an account that must be supplied by the customer.
In the event that we do not receive the products within this period of 28 effective days, we will reserve the right to refuse the refund.
